Offer areas

130 exhibitors presenting around 180 companies, manufactures or brands can be found in Hall 10.1 as well as on the 1st floor of the NCC-Mitte. The focus is on handcrafted acoustic instruments. The focus is on brass and woodwind instruments as well as plucked and stringed instruments. You will also find pianos and grand pianos as well as sheet music and accessories. Schools, universities, academies as well as associations and clubs present their offers. You can try instruments on site with your own mouthpiece.

The fair puts the variety and quality of musical instrument making in the foreground and is aimed at musicians, from beginners to professionals. In addition to the exhibition, varied and exciting workshops are offered and the extensive, daily concert program shows what the scene has to offer.

Hall 10.1: wind instruments

Hall 10.1 offers the entire range of wind instruments. Clarinets, saxophones and flutes from leading brands are ready to be played. In the same hall there is also a large selection of trumpets, French horns, trombones and tubas, so that visitors can elicit the most beautiful tones from them. Each musician is allowed to take their own mouthpieces into the exhibition rooms for testing.

Hall Brussels - foyer in front of Hall Brussels: String instrument maker

In the Brussels Hall and in the foyer in front of the Brussels Hall, as well as on the ground floor at the Mitte entrance, stringed instrument makers will be exhibiting everything from violins to double basses and the bows they need. High-quality concert guitars will also be available to be played there, as well as rock and jazz guitars.

Hall Munich: Stage (Center Stage)

In the Munich Hall there is a stage (Center Stage) on which soloists, music groups and orchestras offer free concerts for visitors to the fair. Handicraft activities will also be on display there, giving an insight into the construction of musical instruments. The North Bavarian Music Association is a cooperation partner and offers its members discounted admission to the music fair. In the same hall, but separated, other exhibitors will also present grand and upright pianos to try out.

Education center with piazza

The Education Center has several separate rooms in which workshops are held at the same time. Among other things, musicians who have developed new models with their instrument maker can explain the special features here and give tips to the musicians. Methodical group lessons will also take place there. On the "Piazza" publishers can present their novelties and visitors can browse through sheet music.
